Electrostatics is the study of charges at rest. It is one of the most important topic which carry 8 marks in final exam

2. Basic idea of electric field,electric potential and electric dipole
3. torque on electric dipole placed in dielectric field
4. Gauss's law and its application
5. Basic idea of  capacitance, combination of capacitors and dielectrics
6. Equipotential surfaces with diagrams
7. Expression of dielectric placed in parallel plate capacitor
8. Van de Graaff generator

These topics are of worth importance from examination point of view.
